The space The apartment comprises of a generous sitting room with dining area overlooking the stunning communal grounds & beautiful sea views. The spacious master bedroom with en suite shower room has extensive fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and is located opposite the family bathroom with bath. The smart kitchen/diner has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and tennis court. The main bedroom has a super- king sized bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a bath Guest access The flat has its own parking space Communal hall, staircase and lift 2-bed flat Communal pool (mid-May-September) Tennis courts Communal 8-acre grounds Other things to note We ask all guests to kindly respect our neighbours and the other residents and guests staying in this wonderful building. No pets allowed. Thank you. The swimming pool is limited to 1 hour per day, per apartment. This must be booked online prior to your swim. You could book 2 half-hour sessions per day and there is also a communal slot 12.30-1.30pm every day, where everyone can swim.
