Veges patch, fruit trees, macadamia nut orchard just to name a few. Welcome The space This little house is a new build incorporating the old with the new. Recycled tin from the old rustic sheering shed that once stood here has been utilised on one end of the building as an ode to the past. One generous large bedroom with private access to the balcony over looks the valley. A huge open style wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and draws to make you feel like you’re at home. Pathways leading down the stairs to the terraced hillside into the apple trees and vegetable patch. The decking is your own private space styled with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a glass of wine or just to enjoy the outside views over our gully. The kitchen is modern, sleek and sexy supplied with all the utensils so all you have to do is enjoy. Microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine is available for your use. The splash back is all glass to soak in those views. Even whilst doing dishes or cooking it’s a sight to enjoy. Washing machine is also supplied for those longer stays. The bathroom is gorgeous with shampoo and conditioner available should you forget to bring yours. Dining inside is also comfortable and has view over the valley to eat is style. The lounge is loaded with comfort, a smart TV, or just to enjoy a good book and some space to rest. Plenty of parking to ensure your vehicle is close by. Our property is on 9 acres of paddocks, orchards and food production. We have a macadamia orchard as well as plenty of others trees such as apples, pears, stone fruit, citrus orchard, pecans and cherries just to name a few. We love hosting you.
