6 Person cottage located next to owners house, in a small village. Guests have private access to the cottage's outdoor areas (parking, pool, terrace, outdoor dining area with gas BBQ). Green spaces shared with the owners. The owners are discreet. Linens and towels provided. The interior of the property is strictly non-smoking (an ashtray will be available outside so as not to leave cigarette butts on the ground). The space - On the ground floor you will find: * 1 fully equipped open kitchen: central island with gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, 1 classic filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender * 1 sitting area with corner sofa and flat screen * 1 equipped gym * 1 electrical room with baby bath, high chairs, vacuum cleaners, clothes drying rack * 1 room with washing machine and cleaning products The accommodation is heated by a pellet stove and has Wi-Fi. Access to the floor is via a staircase with a safety gate at the top. - Upstairs you will find: * 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 140 x 190 and 1 single bed 90 x 190, as well as in each 1 bathroom with shower cabin, sink, hair dryer, toilet grinder, 1 toilet seat reducer for children. Each room is equipped with storage for clothes and a TV Towels provided and beds made on arrival. * 1 baby bed with its small mattress covered with a sheet, a small blanket and 1 pillow (if necessary depending on the age of the child) - Outside you will find: * 1 fully enclosed and wooded lot shared with the owners, with parking and a ping pong table You will have access to a private area including: * 1 salt-treated flat bottom pool, dimensions: Length 5 meters, Width 3 meters, Depth: 1.50 meters. Secured by a shutter * 1 terrace with deckchairs * 1 outdoor solar shower * 1 outdoor dining area with gas barbecue and large parasol * 1 relaxation area with outdoor sofa and armchairs Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage. The exterior of the cottage: swimming pool, terrace, outdoor dining area with gas barbecue are reserved exclusively for guests. Only the green spaces are shared with the owners.
