It is on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a building with only six units (two apartments per floor). It has been equipped for four guests (up to six people for a short stay - four adults and two children). It has a total covered area of 95 square meters, two balconies (one with a view on « Luis Sáenz Peña » Street, the other one with a view from the back of the building) and a terrace (access via the common area of the building) of 16 square meters. The living / dining room offers a table with six chairs, a LCD screen 32’ with Home Theatre / Stereo Hi-fi / DVD player, Internet box with Netflix and Argentine channels, a couch and three moderns armchairs. The kitchen is modern and opened on the dining room area. It is fully equipped: coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven, gas stove top, fridge with freezer, stools and other dishes and cooking utensils for six guests. The first bedroom offers two single beds (1,9 m. * 0,8 m) with each one an additional extra single (pullout bed of 1,7 m * 0,7 m), which makes a total of four single beds – or, according to your needs and instead of the single beds, one Queen Size bed of 1,9 m * 1,6 m. It offers an air-conditioning and a balcony too. The second bedroom has a Double bed (1,9 m * 1,4 m) and a fan. Each bedroom has storage, sheets and towels.
