Activities : hiking, caves, canoeing, , etc The space Welcome to Mas g'Ardéchois, our Cévennes farmhouse nestled between navigable rivers between spectacular cliffs of the majestic mountains of the Cévennes and southern Ardèche. Our accommodation, independent and carefully renovated, can accommodate 9 to 11 people, including children aged 12 and over, for an unforgettable group or family getaway. On the first floor, you enter through a veranda (3-sided veranda of 15 m2) fitted out. Inside, you will discover a bright and friendly space, composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the village, as well as a welcoming dining room. You will also have a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and two shared bathrooms. On the second floor, accessible by a steep staircase, are the attic converted into a suite of two communicating rooms, perfect for a stay with friends or a "pajama party". With a queen-size bed, a double bed and three single beds, this suite can accommodate up to seven people. A small shared bathroom completes this floor. In addition to our comfortable facilities, our cottage offers an intimate in-ground swimming pool, surrounded by lilac, laurel, fig trees, bamboo and hedges, air conditioning for hot summer days, a spacious courtyard and an orchard to enjoy the outdoors. You can also park your cars safely on site. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, our cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area. You can go hiking on the many mountain trails, discover mysterious caves, or venture into the air with paragliding departures nearby. Culture lovers will also appreciate the proximity to historic villages such as Vallon Pont d'Arc, Les Vans, Balazuc and Barjac. Guest access Travelers have full, private access to the lodge, with a separate entrance and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Please note that our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, young children and due to the steep staircase, low attic windows and specific safety features. Or bring your own Towel rental 3€/pers (2 towels, 2 squares) This is not included in your reservation because we prefer that these fees are optional and that you can bring your own sheets at no extra cost if you wish. Payment will be taken separately on AirB&B when you have indicated the number of beds needed; For those renting for 5 nights or more, linen service is free. Towel rental is offered by the house for the moment. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 11 people, we do not accept additional people.
