This stylish place to stay is perfect for a break. The house has been lovingly renovated over the past two years, so it has retained its original charm. In 90 minutes you are from Berlin to Doberlug-Kirchhain, a traditional white tanner town through which the small Elster flows. The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone. The space The whole property is fenced and the pond on the property is also fenced, so your children can play safely. There are numerous swimming lakes in the area, e.g. Bad Erna or Hennersdorfer See (10 minutes away by car, 20 minutes by bike). You can explore the Lower Lusatian Heathlands Nature Park on numerous cycling and hiking trails. Information and maps are available in the house. Within walking distance there are two grocery stores, a bakery, a butcher and the Weißgerbermuseum. In Finsterwalde there is an indoor swimming pool or the leisure park "Soccergolf-Lausitz." In Doberlug Castle there are changing exhibitions and cultural events. Bed linens, hand soap, dishtowels and towels and a hair dryer are available for you in the house. You have to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo, slippers and shower gel. If you want to wash in between, there is a spacious laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
