Located on the desirable Horseshoe Bend—close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, & more! Included: Salt water pool with lake views (mid May-mid Sept) & Boat+PWC slip May-Sept The space Only 16 steps up to this top floor condo with vaulted ceilings and a main channel view. For your comfort and convenience, there is central AC/heat and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is one free assigned parking space for the unit with additional free guest parking. The saltwater pool (open mid-May through mid-September) has views of the lake! Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen has LG appliances, including a whiskey ice maker to indulge in your favorite cocktail. Enjoy your mornings overlooking the beautiful lake scenery with your morning beverage from the fully stocked coffee/tea bar. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare a meal and a dishwasher for your cleaning convenience. There are 4 barstools at the counter as well as a table which seats 4. Be sure to challenge your friend to a game of Connect 4! Living Area Sink into the plush cushions of the couch or chairs, where you have a stunning view of the water. Watch tv, play one of the provided games, or feel free to use the Xbox for some gaming. The couch turns into a queen size sleeper. Bedroom The bedroom features a king size bed, tv, and dresser. There is a walk-in closet where you can store your luggage or hang your clothes. Take the ladder up, to the loft, where you will find an additional full size bed! Should you have to work while on lake time, embrace the convenience of a fold-down desk and full-size monitor (hdmi connection). Bathrooms A half bath is located by the entryway, and the en-suite bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combo. Balcony Step outside to the amazing view of the main channel and lounge on the couch or use the electric griddle to cook up some grub. You can savor your meal at the outdoor table as you watch the summer sunset and year-round beautiful evening/night sky. Since this is a top floor unit with no obstructed views, you can stargaze while relaxing in one of two hammocks. ATTENTION BOATERS (boat slip is available May-September): Included with this condo is our 10x24 boat slip with 8,000 lb lift that is set up for a pontoon/tritoon. We also have a PWC slip available if you have a jet ski. The dock for our boat slip and PWC slip can be seen from the balcony. Due to the location on the main channel, no loose tie-ups are permitted (lifts must be used.) The boat launch and slips for v-hulls are just 5 minutes away! (No boat launch or trailer parking onsite at this condo.)
