Please park directly in front of our condo in a single file to ensure the neighbors have room to park as well. - Note: If you plan to bring your boat and keep it docked during your stay, the boat must be insured! The boat owner will be held responsible for any damages to any personal property caused by but not limited to the boat or boat owner during operation, improper tie-off, or fire. Be sure to always use proper fenders and dock lines free of tears or abrasions to secure your boat to the dock. We want to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, so it's important to note that our property is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood. Our neighbors value peace and quiet, especially as they have early morning routines and young children. To respect the peaceful atmosphere of the area, we diligently enforce quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these times to maintain harmony in the neighborhood. There are several fishing charters available in the area. Along with fish cleaning stations for your convenience. please do not dispose of fish waste in our trash cans. There are dumpsters nearby that you can use. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July.
