This beautifully decorated home is designed for comfort and fun. **Main Level:** - A cozy living room with an attached dining area. - A full, fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. **Finished Basement:** - A fantastic secondary living space perfect for relaxing or entertainment. - Features a fun gaming area and a large TV for movie nights. **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** Our home comfortably accommodates your group with three private bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. - **Bedroom 1 (Main Level):** Features a comfortable queen bed. - **Bedroom 2 (Main Level):** Includes a set of bunk beds, ideal for children. - **Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor):** A private retreat occupying the entire upper level, offering a queen bed and a sitting area. The coffee table conveniently lifts to create a dedicated workspace. - A full bathroom is located on the main level, with an additional half bath in the basement. Attractions Nearby: St. Louis Arch - you have to go up in it at least once in your life to experience the view. City Museum - great for the whole family, you can literally get lost in there. So much fun! Union Station - many attractions like the aquarium and the giant ferris wheel St. Louis sports - the Cardinals and Blues are great teams to watch and the new soccer team City SC had a fantastic opening season Puttshack - indoor mini golf with cocktails. Need I say more(kids are allowed but only till a certain hour, make sure you check before you go) Armory - biggest bar with the biggest TV’s in the area Restaurants: If you like Italian food, any restaurant on The Hill is a safe bet. Motor Town pizza - Detroit style deep dish pizza. It is fantastic Gioia’s Deli - only open during lunch hours. Best sandwiches in St. Louis. (Order ahead online or you will be waiting in a really long line) Bubba’s deli - another sandwich shop but who doesn’t like a hot deli sandwich La Catrina - Mexican restaurant with good food and very fast service and low key atmosphere Biggie’s - great bar food, awesome wings. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes: - The entire house, with all its amenities. - A fully fenced private backyard with a fire pit. - A detached one-car garage. We encourage you to use the garage to protect your vehicle from St. Louis's notorious pop-up thunderstorms and hail. The garage door opener is located just inside the walkout basement door, above and to the left. Other things to note We are a family friendly property and have tried to include accommodations for all ages and dogs alike. Please note that the backyard is fully fenced, that being said, very small dogs could escape. Please inspect for yourself and make sure that the gate is latched before letting your four legged friends roam the backyard on their own. Don't worry if you forget your dog leash, we have extra on site for your convenience. We also have provided dog bags so please do us a favor and clean up after Fido. There is firewood for the fire pit on the right side of the detached garage. Help yourself, just please replace the tarp so it stays dry.
