There’s even a crab pot for you to use!! Newly added gas grill, 2 gas fire pits, patio dining set and lights under the house to create a fun atmosphere! We also have a fully fenced yard! The space This stilted house features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It also has a queen sleeper sofa. It’s located on a canal with a brand new dock with gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Under the house is another gas fire pit with a 55 inch tv and patio set for ultimate comfort. There is an outdoor shower as well. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note We are a dog friendly home and have a 2 dog limit with a $250 per dog non-refundable fee. We will send you a separate request through Airbnb for each dog fee. Furniture coverings will be provided for your dog(s) to join you on the couches. A dog waste station will be provided for your convenience as well. We have a 24 inch, 36 inch and a 42 inch kennel available for your dogs. We ask that you please have them in the kennels when you are gone. We also have bowls and beds for your pups to use as well. There are many pet friendly places around and we provided an extensive list for you in our guidebook. There is a maximum of 2 well behaved, trained and housebroken dogs permitted with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250.00 per dog. No puppy pads or fake grass allowed in the house. We know accidents happen, please let us know when that occurs so we can make sure everything is cleaned and sanitary. There is a swifter sweeper, Wet Jet and a carpet/furniture cleaner for your use to clean up after your pet.
