Boat trips to nearby Green Island for sunbathing and excellent snokelling 40 knots Kite Surfing school are also based at Green Island and can pick you up from the resort. Kite surfing can be booked directly with them via the 40knots website. Nonsuch Bay is an private gated community set in 40 acres of tropically landscaped grounds. Nonsuch Bay itself is a beautiful natural harbour on the island's east coast approximately 35 minutes from the airport. The bay's clear waters are protected by a barrier reef while at its mouth is Green Island, an uninhabited snorkeler's paradise. Steady year round temperatures of 80-85 degrees F (27-30 degrees C) during the day are made even more attractive by the cool and refreshing north easterly trade wind breezes coming in from the bay.
