River access in great location. Conveniently located just 7 miles from interstate I49. This apartment sits on the high bank of Elk River on the first floor. Outside steps approach to the entrance where you will have a view of the the river. The apartment is part of a larger house that has been split up into several units. This apartment does not have a view of the river from the apartment, however you can access the landing 30 feet from your door. The space This apartment is the one of three apartments on the property. This apartment is 600 square feet. You will find a two queen bed in the bedroom with a small closet. The main room has a couch, loveseat, chairs, and dining table. Additionally, we have a TV with Netflix. The kitchen is small but has the basics for cooking. Guest access We will meet you with the keys or leave them for you. Other things to note No children under 12 due to the steepness of the river bank. This property is about a football field from a train track that runs through the center of town. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. However, if you're a train lover, this is it. The trains go by 3-6 times in 24 hours period and does run at night. Please be advised. “Shadow Lake Surf Club plays music which can hear from across the river Friday and Saturday night from 8:00PM TO 1:00AM. Please be advised. Although the Elk River runs through the town of Noel, there are few facilities in the town itself. You will find a pizza place, doughnut shop, feed/hardware store and dance hall. Across the river bridge there is a grocery stores, gas stations, Mexican restaurant and cafe. This is a Eco-Friendly property. We do not spray or clean with toxic chemicals.
