CHARMING VILLA IN DOWNTOWN PUERTO VALLARTA

This charming villa located in downtown Puerto Vallarta is in a traditional mexican neighborhood and is centrally located to all the fun things Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The Casa is perfect for families, reunions and retreats. The space Casa Alexandra is a unique, traditional Mexican-style house in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is only a couple of minutes walking distance to the Malecon, the beach and the Old Towns Vallarta's shops, bars, restaurants and galleries and still gives you the feeling of being away from the tourist zones and high-rise hotels. All the ingredients for the atmosphere of a retreat you are looking for! The house comfortably holds up to 16 people and offers the ideal space for a large group. Its open design, high ceiling and indoor patio let the natural day light come into the rooms. The floor plan makes an ideal setting for casual living, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas, the call of church bells, warm breezes by day and spectacular sunsets each evening. The casa also has an adjoining art studio which is not part of the rental. We also opened up our art studio as a gallery and will be offering silent art workshops that will not interfere with the rental. The art studio/gallery has a separate entrance from the casa. You are welcome to visit the gallery during your stay. If you want more information about our art workshops please contact us. Included in your stay: wifi, washer and dryer, use of pool, use of kitchen, a safe in all of the rooms. Due to COVID, the house will be properly sanitized before your stay. House cleaning is not allowed during your stay. You will have the necessary cleaning supplies at your disposal. If you need anything additional during your stay, please reach out to our concierge Arturo. He will be there at the time of check in to go over your questions. PLEASE NOTE: The casa comfortably accommodates 16 people and for safety reasons we don't allow more than 16 people to stay NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask that you do not inquire if there are more than 16 even with children. There is absolutely no loud parties allowed of any kind. No pets. A cook (extra cost) is also available if you need meals during your stay. No outside cooks are permitted. You can easily park in front of the house. Uber is easily accessible from the house. Other things to note Noise level such as loud music and , yelling must be quieter by 10pm due to City Ordinance, and if you breach that you will be asked to leave the premises. And your deposit will not be refunded.
