The space The highlight is the wonderful swimming pool, which is located directly next to the house, with gently sloping steps leading down to the refreshing water. You can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool to warm up for a while. And you can also relax on the plush outdoor sofas, or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family, also available near the pool. It also boasts beautiful mountain views from its terrace. Your holiday home is not only in excellent condition, but also exudes a soothing brightness. The simple white walls are furnished with selected works of art. Everything radiates a pleasant feeling of calm, openness and plenty of light due to the large windows. The interior of the house has modern and pleasantly colourful furnishings that create a very elegant atmosphere. There is a dining area that offers a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere for perfect meals. The kitchen is striking for its wooden finishes as well as its large opening and beautiful island. You will find enough space for everything you need, so there will be nothing to get in the way when it comes to cooking. There are 4 bedrooms in total, which are distributed into two double rooms with double beds and two rooms with two single beds each. This property can accommodate up to 8 people. The noble bathrooms offer space for all guests and are equipped with attractive fixtures and fittings, being a total of 4 bathrooms, all of them equipped with shower trays as well. There is a washing machine, iron and hairdryer available in the house, so there is no need to bring your own, towels will also be provided during your stay. You can park up to 2 vehicles inside the property, which has a garage for the use of guests. The village of Maria de Salud is very close to this villa. Here you will find several restaurants, bars, pharmacies and small supermarkets. Being so centrally located on the island it is easy to move by car to all places of interest, such as the beaches of Can Picafort, Alcúdia, Calas de Mallorca.... For services it is also close to the big city of Inca, where there are big supermarkets and many shops. We recommend renting a car to be able to travel to these places in less than 30 minutes.
