Welcome to Wartenberg. Here, a studio awaits you in the attic of our house, with a large bedroom/living room and a small kitchenette. An extra bathroom (just for you) is also available. It is idyllically quiet here. You have an unobstructed view over the fields and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. Walking, relaxing, swimming (swimming pond about 1 km away) invite you to linger and cool off. Munich Airport 25 min, Therme Erding 20 min, Munich 40 min. The space Large cozy double bed. 2.00 x 2.00 m. Private bathroom for you alone with a washing machine. Kitchenette with refrigerator. Fiber optic WiFi. Guest access Shared hallway and house entrance, room is on the top floor (2nd floor) and is only for the guests. During your stay I am always reachable by phone or email.
