Our house is located in front of Cabo de Palos' Levante Beach. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy luxury and discretion with family and friends in front of the beach with all the amenities imaginable, from an infinity pool to a jacuzzi. Its location is exceptional: 2 meters from Paseo Marítimo de Levante and the best beach in Cabo de Palos and right in front of one of the temples of local cuisine where you can taste the caldero. We're not going to tell you that you can go here or there in 5 minutes by car. You don't really have to take it. You're already in downtown Cabo de Palos. You can play sports or go for a walk to see the Lighthouse, swim in any of the coves and enjoy all the restaurants, walking. Other things to note The Villa has a crib and a folding high chair to facilitate the stay of the little ones. For your safety, it is essential to follow the rules of use. Below is a summary. For the crib: 1. Safety: Make sure the crib is fully unfolded and locked before use. 2. Age and weight: Use the crib only for children within the recommended age and weight range (0-3 years, maximum 15 kg) 3.- Supervision: Always keep the baby under supervision while in the crib. 4. Cleaning: Keep the crib clean to maintain hygiene. 5. Ventilation: Make sure there is adequate air circulation around the crib. 6. Accessories: Do not add additional mattresses or objects that may compromise the safety of the baby. 7.- Complies with the European safety standard UNE-EN 716-1:2008+A1:2013 For the high chair: 1. Only suitable for children who can sit unaided. 2.- It is forbidden to use the tray as a fastening system. 3.- Always use the 5-point harness, adjusting the crotch strap. 4.
