Our house is located in front of the Levante Beach of Cabo de Palos. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy with family and friends the luxury and discretion in front of the beach with all the comforts imaginable, from an infinity pool to a jacuzzi. Its location is exceptional: 2 meters from Paseo Marítimo de Levante and the best beach in Cabo de Palos and just in front of some of the temples of the local gastronomy where you can taste the caldero. We're not going to tell you that you can go here or there in a 5 minute drive. You really don't have to take it. You are already in the center of Cabo de Palos. You can do sports or go walking to see the Lighthouse, bathe in any of the coves and enjoy all the restaurants, walking. Our climate, location, and gorgeous equipment makes you able to enjoy the Villa throughout the year. Other things to note The Villa has a folding crib and high chair to make it easier for children to stay. For their safety, it is essential to follow the rules of use. Below is a summary. For the Crib: 1.- Safety: Make sure the crib is fully deployed and locked before use. 2.- Age and weight: Use the crib only for children within the recommended age and weight range (0-3 years, maximum 15 kg) 3.- Supervision: Always keep the baby under supervision while in the crib. 4.- Cleaning: Keep the crib clean to maintain hygiene. 5.- Ventilation: Make sure there is adequate air circulation around the crib. 6.- Accessories: Please do not add extra mattresses or objects that may compromise the safety of the baby. 7.- Complies with the European safety standard UNE-EN 716-1:2008+A1:2013 For the high chair: 1.- It is only suitable for children who can sit without help. 2.- It is forbidden to use the tray as a clamping system. 3.- Always use the 5 point harness, adjusting the crotch strap. 4.- Prevent the child from going up or swinging in the high chair. 5.- Do not place near hot surfaces or raised edges. 6.- Do not leave the child without supervision by a responsible adult. 7.- Suitable from 6 months of age to 3-4 years. 8.- Suitable up to a maximum weight of 15 kg. 7.- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent deformations 8.- Compliance with the European safety regulations UNE-EN 14988:2017 Warning: Improper use of this product can cause serious injury.
