It also features a speaker/charging unit. Situated on the north side, away from Kingsland Road, the room offers tranquillity and is shielded from "city lights" by additional blinds. The entire apartment is equipped with a ventilation system, ensuring constant fresh air. The living room/kitchen, with its west-facing aspect, boasts sunset views and overlooks the City of London skyline to the south. Relax on the Togo sofa or Hay seats and feel free to use the kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, oils, and spices—just provide your own groceries. There's a kettle for tea, a Bialetti for Espresso and a small milk frother at your service. The apartment includes fast WiFi, essential for my remote lectures/workshops. If needed and I'm present, you may use my camera/big screen for important meetings. The bed suits couples or singles best. While not ideal for 3 adults, a small spare mattress is available for a child. Safety: - The shower is located in a bathtub, which may not be ideal for elderly or mobility-impaired guests. - Kids/pets: The apartment is located in the 4th floor. The balcony is safe by building standards with a 1.1 m high glass railing. Children and pets should be supervised closely. If I'm nearby, ask me in person. Otherwise, just message me on Airbnb. Should you happen to lose the keys, there's no need to worry. A 24/7 concierge service is available and has a spare key (if you have picked your key at Café höm). And I can open you the flat door remotely if needed.
