Welcome to Marfadise—your own little desert escape. Situated on Marfa’s quiet west side, this modern tiny home features a thoughtful kitchen and living area, a spacious bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. Unwind under the vast Texas sky in the fully enclosed backyard. Whether you’re here to gallery-hop, chase the mystery of the Marfa Lights or simply soak in the wide-open landscapes, Marfadise is the perfect spot to hang your hat. 🤠 The space 🏜️ LOCATION Marfadise is tucked a few streets off the main highway in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. Craving a bite? The Water Stop and the James Beard–nominated Bordo Sandwich Shop are just a short stroll away. Downtown is less than 5 minutes by bike or car. Quick note: Marfa is a train town, and you might hear one roll by at night—we’ve got you covered with a white noise machine and earplugs, just in case. 🏡 INSIDE & OUT Marfadise is a tiny-but-mighty pre-fab home with all the essentials: a cozy living room, functional kitchen, spacious bathroom, and comfy bedroom. Bonus points for the private, fenced-in yard—perfect for stargazing under Marfa’s famous dark skies, sipping coffee from Big Bend Roasters, or letting your pup roam free. There’s also a fire pit for when desert evenings turn crisp—grab one of our Mexican blankets, pour a drink, and take in the quiet magic. Yep, we’re pet-friendly (up to two small or medium dogs)! 🛋️ LIVING ROOM Step inside and sink into the couch, which also folds out into a queen bed. There’s a TV, ottoman, and a small stash of books and games for lazy afternoons or chill nights in. Sheets for the sofa bed are provided, of course. 🍳 KITCHEN The kitchen is bright, roomy, and ready for casual cooking. There’s no oven, but you’ll have a stovetop, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, mini dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker (with beans from Big Bend Roasters), and a tea kettle. We also provide dish soap, a sponge, and a few tea and coffee options. 🚿 BATHROOM The bathroom is the sleeper hit of the house! It features a big vanity, fluffy towels, a lovely waterfall shower and a hairdryer with all of the essential toiletries you'll need while here. 🛏️ BEDROOM The bedroom has a queen bed, full-length mirror, and a little spot to hang your clothes. It’s simple, serene, and super comfy—sleep tight. 🧺 WASHER/DRYER Yes, we have a washer and dryer! They're conveniently located in the bedroom in case you need a quick refresh. 🌡️ COMFORT Mini-splits keep things cool in the summer and toasty in the winter, so you’re always just right. Guest access When you book Marfadise, you get access to the entire property. Parking is free and available in the front or parallel to the backyard fence. Other things to note Permit S217.
