The house is located near Werribee CBD (1 km) and in walking distance to Werribee station (1.4 km). You can also catch a bus (2mins walk to the nearest bus No 443 stop) to the werribee centre and station. Easy access to freeway, Werribee Zoo, Rose Garden, etc. The room is furnished with a double bed, shelf and built-in wardrobe. A desk and office chair can also be provided in the room upon request. The room is lockable for your own privacy. The space The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. I use the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and list the other two bedrooms on Airbnb. You may have the bathroom for your own use or share it with another Airbnb guest (1 guest maximum in each room) if both rooms are occupied at the same time. I always try keeping the room and house clean and tidy. However, please don't expect me to provide hotel services :) I mostly work from home. Just knock the door of my room or msg me via airbnb whenever you have any questions. Guest access Access to toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room, TV (with Netflix) and outdoor area. Tea and instance coffee are also provided. You are also free to use the coffee machine. If you need to use the fridge during your stay, please feel free to let me know. I will arrange some spaces in the fridge for you. During your stay Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions. If I am not around, please msg me via Airbnb app. Other things to note No pet, drinking or smoking is allowed in the property. Guests are also not allowed to invite others to the house without my permission. Sorry! If there is any evidence of drinking, smoking or bringing pet(s) and other guests to the property, your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund. I don't charge cleaning fee, so please clean up after use (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, etc.). By booking the room, you agree to pay for any excessive damage caused by yourself to the property and appliances.
