Our house offers a cozy space for up to 5 people, with all the amenities for a good stay. The spacious patio accommodates up to 2 cars, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a refreshing shower to enjoy sunny days. The living room is spacious and equipped with a 50" TV with access to Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi. The coffee corner is a charm apart, with a coffee maker, kettle, wine cellar and brewery, as well as a hammock for relaxing. The kitchen integrated into the living room provides a perfect setting for preparing meals, with designed cabinets, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. Bedroom 1: Equipped with a new double bed, pillows, nightstand, home office space, closet and powerful fan. Bedroom 2: With a new double bed, pillows, 12,000 BTU air-conditioning (conscious use appreciated), closet, dressing room with mirror, hairdryer and first aid kit. Direct access to the pergola and the gourmet corner. The house has two compact bathrooms with cabinets, one of which is a suite in bedroom 2 (no electric shower). The laundry room is equipped with a 12-kg washing machine, sink and cabinet, as well as garbage bags, broom, squeegee, floor cloths and bucket. Gourmet Area: A space with portable barbecue, table, benches and all the necessary accessories for a delicious barbecue. Decoration and Comfort The house's decor has been carefully designed to make your stay cozy. We ask that you respect and maintain the original decor. * Bedding We provide a towel, face and sheet kit per guest. Bed linen is changed on the day of check-in, so it is always clean and smells fresh. *Hygiene Items We offer toilet paper and soap for your convenience. *Garbage disposal Trash bags are located on the cabinet below the laundry sink. *Laundry (conscientious use) We only provide the washing machine, without soap or other laundry products. *Dish Cloths They are in the last drawer of the kitchen cabinet. *Emergency Products We have candles, matches and some basic cleaning products such as detergent and cleaning cloths in the first door of the island cabinet, below the kitchen sink. *First-Aid Kit We provide a basic first aid kit, if you need it, in the closet of bedroom 2. Use only what is necessary. *Hair dryer It's in the cabinet below the sink in bedroom 2. *Clothes Iron It's in the closet of bedroom 2. Be careful when using the iron on the bed. *Daily Housekeeping We do not provide daily housekeeping. If you need it, we have someone reliable in the family who offers this extra service.
