All on two acres of park like gardens with fruit trees to look out on. The space Our beautifully appointed three-bedroom two-bathroom, two living area home is set on 2 acres of park like gardens. A 20 min walk or short drive to town center and railway station, shops, and cafes. Zones within the home and two separate undercover entertaining areas, mean you can spread one or even two families out comfortably. A smaller fenced area attached to the home means you can bring your furry family member to stay. The House Tastefully renovated and appointed with quality fittings. Our home is dressed to impress. With two internal and two outside living spaces filled with light and spectacular garden views. Curl up on one of the four lounges, read a book, dim the lights and watch a movie, open a complimentary bottle of wine and just relax. Cook yourself a meal or feed the family in the large fully appointed kitchen with stone benches, one and a half oven and double fridge freezer. With microwave, kettle, toaster and other appliances provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, spices and oil are provided. Two dining room options as well as a breakfast bar mean all the family can stay, play and eat together. The Rooms All the rooms have quick and easy access to bathrooms. The master bedroom with a King Sized bed, walk in closet and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three come with Queen Beds and built in wardrobes. Fresh linen, bath towels and tea towels provided. Laundry A full-sized Laundry with top load washer and vented dryer is provided. There is a portable clothes horse located in the linen closet. A full sized and wall washing line are found outside. Iron and Ironing board are located in laundry room. Outside Set on two acres of park like and largely edible garden. You will find an abundance of fruit trees like apples, pear, mandarin, avocado, lemons, plum, grapes, fig, kiwifruit, nectarine and that's just a snippet. There is also raised vegetable gardens. Help yourself to what is ripe and in season during your stay. Our giant Paulownia tree is the perfect place to take the picnic blanket. Lie on your back and watch the sun filter through her leaves. Be warned that although the property is largely fenced, children and pets can still escape through with wired farm style fence. So, supervision is required. There is a smaller fully fenced area at rear of house attached through a sliding and back door. Please do not leave your dog unattended here. Our jack russell has been known to be able to wiggle her way out and we would hate for anything to happen. Please Note The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that guests are respectful. We love dogs and welcome your pets, as we understand they are another family member. We do ask that if you have pets, you clean up after them and clean any accidents that may occur. If you have any issues, please let us know. Please do not allow dogs to sleep in beds or be on furniture. A crate or bed for dogs to sleep in can be provided on request. Food/Catering "Everything's Better with Wine" in Warragul can provide breakfast, sweet and charcuterie boxes for you to enjoy during your stay. Check their website or Door Dash store for examples or message us and we can organize for your fridge to be stocked with delectable gourmet, locally produced meats, cheeses and antipasto as well as Gippsland's finest beers, wines, bottled spritz or ciders. In house Grazing tables can be arranged for a very low per head price, including set up. If you are hosting a get together during your stay let the friendly team know where you are staying, and they will look after you. Relax and enjoy your stay in Warragul for a short time, a longer time, for fun or for business. Guest access You will be able to access the home, all storage and wardrobe space within it and gardens fully. The garages will be locked as our personal items and gardening equipment are there. Owners live off site, your complete privacy is assured. If you are staying for two weeks or more. Gardening and cleaning will be organized for you from our profession friendly services team. Other things to note Smoking Please do not smoke in the home, including the enclosed outdoor area. Ash trays will be provided outside. Parking Plenty of off-street parking is available directly in front of house on concrete driveway, or alternatively drive through the sunshine gate to the left and park up the top under the trees. We can accommodate several cars. Parties and Functions Our home is ideally set up for large family gatherings and we are happy to share that with you and yours. Bridal and baby showers, family reunions, even smaller birthday parties. However, there is a bond and a per person fee for functions and parties. This allows for the extra utilities, insurance costs, wear and tear and cleaning that parties bring to a venue. Please advise us if you are planning on having guests or a party. We are happy to discuss your requirements and come to an arrangement. Any party or function that does not have express consent will result in immediate termination of your stay and possible loss or claim of security bond for damages. We have a long and happy relationship with our neighbors, and we would like to keep it that way.
