These eggs are fresh from the coop and ready for your breakfast table. Don’t be alarmed—they’re unwashed on purpose to preserve the natural bloom, a protective coating that keeps them fresh at room temp for up to a month! 🧼 Just rinse before using 📅 I really hot weather and winter months, the hens don't lay very many eggs, if at all. BUT, I preserve (called water glassing) extra eggs during high production months. Those will be in a 1 gallon glass jar with distilled water/canning lime. Use a spoon yo get them out. Crack, cook, and enjoy!
