(alcoholic beverages are not allowed). * Rooftop Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed. The grill is subject to availability and has a cost of 650 MXN. If you want to reserve the Rooftop for an event of more than 10 people, it has a cost of 2,500 MXN, plus a refundable deposit of 5,000 MXN. Other things to note For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * Pets are allowed. There's an additional fee per pet (800 MXN). *To use the parking space, a $500.00 MXN cash security deposit is required for the parking access remote. The deposit is fully refundable at check-out, upon return of the remote.
