Guest access With a prime location, the house is in the Marinas diCaldas condominium that offers security, privacy and direct access to Lake Corumbá during flood seasons (consult navigability with our attendants), providing unique moments of leisure and tranquility. The house has a monitoring system composed of external cameras. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for those who like to be always connected. Here, all family members are welcome, including pets! We are pet friendly and welcome your pet with the affection it deserves. The parking lot has two covered spaces and two more spaces in front of the house. Other things to note READ THE HOUSE RULES AT THE END OF THE LISTING TO AVOID DISCOMFORT! - Complete comfort during your stay: we offer bed and bath linens for up to 10 guests, so you can relax and make the most of your stay. Guests are responsible for extra bed and bath linens. - Exclusive gift from Só Casas Temporada: we include 1 bath amenities kit for your stay (1 soap, 1 conditioner, 1 shampoo, 1 toothpaste and 1 toothbrush). - The house has 4 suites, with air conditioning, and accommodation for 16 people. - We accept extra guests (to be agreed upon with additional charge) here in our house, as long as the extra accommodations are the responsibility of the customer. - Pool with hybrid heating (solar and electric) that will always leave the water warm, being the differential of this accommodation. - We are PET FRIENDLY, we accept small pets. - Check-in time is from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you choose to check in after hours, a service fee of R$100 (from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) or R$200 (from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.) will be charged. - On this property, SOUND outside the tolerance standards that compromises peace and order is strictly PROHIBITED. - Before leaving the property: inform the check-out in advance, remove all belongings, dispose of the garbage correctly in the places determined for disposal; leave utensils clean and stored, turn off the electronic appliances (except refrigerators, freezers and breweries) and turn off the lights.
