The space Welcome to our three bedroom guest house! Two bedrooms are fully equipped with beds, new linens, night stands, lamps and dressers for your comfort and convenience. The third bedroom includes a work space with an electric sit-stand desk as well as a crib, toys, and books for our youngest guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you need for basic cooking. There is a full laundry room off the kitchen for your enjoyment. This house was originally built in the 40s. Over the past 1.5 years, we have fully renovated it with new paint, windows, kitchen and bathroom floor, refinished floor, and kitchen while keeping its original charm. Please enjoy the original farmhouse sink and pink bathtub! You are welcome to enjoy our back yard and garden. We will be by to mow the lawn and do other outside maintenance as needed. House keeping is provided once per month depending on the length of your stay and our schedule. We will let you know when we are coming to clean and are quick and professional. We ask that you tidy up and pick up your things before we come to clean. Our cottage is ideally located for folks working at the hospital and nearby medical offices, and centrally located for all others exploring Humboldt County. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole house. You are welcome to use the yard. We will be by to mow and do yard maintenance as needed every now and then. The garage is not included in this AirBnB.
