Hello and welcome to our apartment also called "La Douceur". Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Comfortable and very well-equipped, facing south. It is located in a very pleasant city with shops and a market (3 times/week). Close to the Bois de Vincennes, the city center, the castle, the Parc Floral and the zoo. Paris center is 20 minutes by metro line 1 (2 minutes) or RER A (5 minutes) towards Paris (10 minutes) and Eurodisney (30 minutes). The space The apartment has been completely refurbished. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The living room/bedroom: a bed (140 x 200 cm), a sofa bed of 135 x 190 cm, a dining table, a flat screen TV with the possibility to connect to your Netflix, Prime accounts... High speed wifi is available and free. The equipped kitchen: oven, induction stove, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and dishes. A shower room 80x80 with sink and hair dryer. The toilet is in the shower room. Towels are provided. No smoking in the unit. You will have a set of keys with a "self check-in". You can check in anytime after 5pm Warning: as this is a condominium apartment, quiet is requested so as not to disturb the neighbors. Parties are forbidden. The south-facing apartment has 3 windows with curtains and shutters. The bedroom can be closed by double curtains to isolate it from the rest of the apartment. The feeling of being in the countryside 20 minutes from Paris and 5 minutes from downtown Vincennes with all the shops you want. Two small supermarkets (Franprix and Monoprix) are close to the building. Many bus lines. Other things to note it is forbidden to move the furniture during your stay.
