Enjoy a cozy and a relaxing stay in our 800 square foot cottage, located in the heart of Zillah's wine country. The cottage can sleep 3-4 people depending on your preference and needed space. This is a great pick if you are passing through the area and need a comfortable quiet place to stay or want to check out what this area has to offer. The cottage is surrounded by numerous wineries. New hvac system installed. The bathroom has been renovated. We have more visions and plans for this property. The space Our little house was initially a Mother-in-law suite. The cottage is near the main house (our house). There is a driveway and privacy fence that separates the two houses. The cottage has plenty of space to sit outside, relax, and have privacy. Enjoy sitting under our beautiful weeping willow tree. The cottage has no other neighbors. Guest access You will have full access to your own driveway and the entire cottage. The right side of the house is fenced off for farm animals. Parking for 1-2 cars is available in back of the cottage. The far back side of the cottage (shop area) and opposite side of the driveway only belong to the main house. Other things to note Smart TVs are in the living room and in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 has black-out shades. The cottage has a small bathroom/shower. It is not handicap accessible. The stackable washer and dryer unit are tucked away in the bathroom. New mini split hvac systems (heating and cooling) have been installed.
