An old style 3 bedroom home on a spacious 800 square block. Large swimming pool with plenty of garden to enjoy on sunny days. Best part is its 15 minutes to Perth airport, 20 minutes to the coast, 15 minutes to swan valley wineries and close access to most freeways taking you to all major tourist areas. The space This listing is for one bedroom out of two i have listed to rent. If you're a party of 3 or 4 you may be able to book out both rooms if they're available. Enjoy (potentially), meeting other travellers during your stay here while enjoying a large backyard with pool, bbq area and outside sheltered seating area. Our home is right next to a large nature reserve, or travel only minutes to most tourist destinations. I have 1 bathroom and 1 toilet which is shared. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house and garden. There is street parking if youre driving. During your stay I live on the property but work full time from 7 till 3 Monday to Friday, so you will mostly have the property to yourself and sometimes other guests. Most of the time I will be on hand to welcome you to our home and offer my help and guidance for your stay. I will leave my number in case you get stuck and need more help. I'm well travelled so enjoy meeting new people, while appreciating that people enjoy their own space. Other things to note I have 2 young girls, 8 and 10, who visit during the week and on weekends. They love meeting new people. I am also listed to foster dogs that need interim homes, so although i haven't hosted any yet, I may get invited to. So, if you have a fear of dogs, please let me know.
