I suggest you stay in my apartment located on the edge of a charming park in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The living room is bright and pleasant and has a comfortable sofa bed (in addition to the 2-person bed in the bedroom). The kitchen and bathroom are old but perfectly functional. This is an authentic Parisian apartment, which has not been renovated but enjoys an exceptional setting. The space The accommodation consists of an entrance, large living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room is nice and bright. It also serves as a dining room (a table and 4 chairs). In summer, the living room is bathed in light from 3pm. The balcony is then the perfect place to have tea or a glass of wine. There's also a large TV, perfect for watching movies. The sofa turns into a comfortable bed for 2 adults (on the other hand, the shutters of the glass windows are not working, I'm actively looking for a solution). The main bed is in the bedroom: a double bed (160x200) with a large duvet (240x260). The bedroom also has an office. The kitchen, all in length, has all the necessary equipment (fridge, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine). The bathroom is old but perfectly functional. It consists of a bath tub, sink, and bidet. The toilet is separate. Each room has small flaws due to the age of the apartment but the accommodation is no less comfortable. The view of the park and the birds chirping are soothing and make you forget the noises of the city. A metro station (line 8) is 200m away and the area is full of cafes, bars and restaurants. Many shops (bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, pharmacies, clothing and cosmetics) are nearby (less than 5 minutes walk). Guest access Guests can access every room in the home (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom). Other things to note It is not a refurbished apartment intended for AirBnB rental but of my daily accommodation, so it is not perfect but it will allow you to taste the joys of life in Paris.
