A well-equipped apartment unit on the 1st floor of a classic rowhouse from the 1890s at the crossroads of Little Portugal, Brockton Village and Parkdale, with 2 streetcar lines in the immediate vicinity (30 min. from the city centre). An ideal base from which to explore central Toronto highlights: restaurants, breweries and shops just around the corner, the charming Roncesvalles neighbourhood, High Park, the bustling urban flair of Queen St West (20-min. walk away) and Ossington Ave await. The space You will be staying on the UPPER FLOOR of the house (you will have to go up 15 steps). PLEASE NOTE: NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM - NO PARTIES. The space includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a separate living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The bathroom features modern fixtures and a walk-in shower. Please note this house is European-style, noting the bathroom space is modest. Our street has very low car traffic, you’ll get the feeling of a Sunday any day of the week! A grocery store (No Frills) is just a 3-minute walk from the house. PARKING: No reserved parking space, street parking only, it can be a challenge to find a space. There is an overnight parking lot "Carpark 241" at 9 Bonar Place (5-minute walk from the house). A second option is on-street parking which can be booked 1 week in advance with the City of Toronto, please reach out for details. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Two streetcar lines are a 3-5-minute walk away: Line 505 on Dundas St (station "Dundas St West at Lansdowne Ave") Line 506 on College St (station "Dundas St at Lansdowne Ave") Closest subway stop: Lansdowne station (10 min from the house by bus; 20 min walking distance) The 47A or 47B bus (bus stop is a 3-minute walk away) takes you directly to the subway station entry in 6 minutes (6 stops).
