Quiet and cozy apartment located in the Historic Center of Bologna, convenient distance from the main attractions of the city. It consists of an entrance corridor that leads to a living area with a sofa bed, smart TV and a lovely balcony overlooking a private garden. Fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning and unlimited Wifi. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, so there will be flights of stairs to walk to reach it. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens/textiles of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic products in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee). Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment Other things to note Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3:00 pm to ensure the best cleaning and preparation of the house. If the apartment is ready sooner, it will be possible to check in early. After 11:00 pm and until 1:30 am it will still be possible to check in in person for a surcharge of €20 to be paid upon arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 am to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next reservation. If there are no upcoming reservations, it will be possible to check out late by 1:00 p.m. and at no additional cost.
