Quiet and cozy apartment located in the historic center of Bologna, within easy reach of the main city attractions. It consists of an entrance corridor that opens onto a living area with a sofa bed, smart TV and a nice balcony overlooking a private garden. Fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, washing machine, air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, so there will be flights of stairs to walk. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens/textiles of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic products in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee). Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment Other things to note Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment starting at 3:00 p.m. to ensure the best cleaning and preparation of the house. If the apartment is ready earlier, early check-in will be possible. After 11:00 p.m. and until 1:30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of €20 to be paid upon arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to ensure the time needed to clean and prepare the apartment for the next booking. If there are no incoming reservations, late check-out is possible by 1:00 p.m. at no extra cost. If needed, we provide a luggage storage service upon request in our office in the city center.
