The house dates from the early 1700s and is located in the Apuan Alps park. It is suitable for 2/4 people, surrounded by greenery. It has an excellent sunny position where from the private terrace you can see the town of Pruno with its ancient villages and the mountains of the Apuan Alps park. It is an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods, get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The space The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, a full bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, there is a sofa bed, TV, WiFi included, and a dining area, and a wood-burning fireplace. Then, going up another staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed... During the winter season, a wood-burning fireplace and a preset heat pump heat all the rooms of the house. To complete the property, a charming annex obtained from an old 1867 metato, located a few meters from the main structure consisting of a wood-burning kitchen that can be used both for cooking and heating the environment in the winter season together with a preset heat pump, and going up the stairs there is a sleeping area with sofa bed and TV, wi-fi included, perfect for hosting independent friends and family Outdoors there's a private space with a table and chairs, and a barbecue for grilling and great views. There's another outdoor space with deck chairs and also fenced for pets Starting from the house, you can hike the trails of the Apuan Alps Park to reach Mosceta, Fania, Pania della Croce, and Monte Forato. Alternatively, walking in the ancient village of Pruno, you can see an ancient mill still in operation and the ancient Romanesque bridge, and crossing it, you can reach the surprising Cascata dell'Acqua Pendente. Guest access The house is for the private use of the guests, and to get to the house you have to walk along a flat nature trail about 100 meters long, about a 5-minute walk. For sea lovers you can reach the beaches of Forte dei Marmi , Marina di Pietrasanta and Viareggio in halfanhour by car From Pietrasanta station in less than an hour by train you can go to spend a nice day in the "Cinque Terre" National Park with its small villages perched on the steep cliffs overlooking the sea Nearby you can reach the village of Levigliani from where the tours leave to visit L'Antro del Corchia one of the largest caves in Europe You can spend a day visiting some artistic and cultural cities of Tuscany: Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Chianti, Islands of the archipelago.
