Historic home in the mountains and Lake Iseo

Large and bright historic building located between the Bergamo Orobie Alps and Lake Iseo. Close to Clusone, a town rich in art and history, and Lovere, an ancient romantic village overlooking the lake, two of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The space The apartment with a large square footage is on the 2nd floor with respect to the courtyard, but with private and direct access to the floor, with only a few steps at the entrance of the building. Consisting of a large living room, separate and livable kitchen, generously sized master bedroom, second double bedroom, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The living room is the heart of the apartment, very bright and elegant. The wonderful arched windows characterize the building and allow a view of the entire valley. The dining table, close to the windows, is dominated by an imposing crystal chandelier. The bookcase mainly collects books from the area that you can browse on the old sofa that is located in the area of the fireplace of the time, a gem, no longer in use today. Thanks to a 58-inch smart TV, you can spend an evening of leisure, although it will probably be the wonderful sunsets and the view of the illuminated valley that will capture your attention, perhaps while enjoying a good glass of wine and browsing the pages of a book. In the spacious corridor there are stone columns and special lamps that will create a unique atmosphere. Each room is independent from the living room, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends. Spare pillows and blankets are present in each room. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, bathroom fixtures, an imposing cabinet with mirrors, various compartments and a sink. You will find everything you need (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as well as hair dryer and straightener). Guest access Access is on the second floor of the building. You can store sports equipment or bicycles in the garage on the ground floor, where you can also park motorcycles. Washing machine available. Other things to note Cerete is 40 km from Bergamo; you can't miss a romantic walk on the ancient walls of Città Alta and a shopping tour in the shops of the center. In the center of Bergamo there is the train and bus station (bus stop right outside the house). The nearest airport is Orio al Serio. In 2023, Bergamo was elected capital of culture together with Brescia, which is 60 km from Cerete, reachable in less than 1 hour by car. For ski enthusiasts, the nearest ski resorts are Monte Pora and the brand new Colere ski resorts. Also nearby are those of Presolana, Spiazzi di Gromo and Borno.
