This one bedroom basement apartment with one queen bed,flip down single sofa bed & cot, private bathroom is suitable for 1-4 people,no children under the age of 2.The kitchen is well equipped. A welcome package of granola bars, instant oatmeal & popcorn awaits. Coffee & tea are available.The laundry room off the bedroom is available exclusively for guests! The apartment is part of our private home but is separate & secure & has its own secure WIFI. The space Bright, modern apartment with high ceilings! Enjoy the use of the open kitchen, watch some DVD's or enjoy firestick TV free channels or log into your own streaming account, read a book or magazine, work at the dining room table or small desk in the bedroom! The apartment is well insulated and away from our upstairs living space! Guest access You have access to the driveway leading into the apartment (on the far side driveway that does not have the garden shed), & the outside yard area that leads into the apartment. Once inside, you will have access to the entire apartment, including your own laundry room! The door leading into our main basement will be locked and chain locked. Other things to note Unfortunately our space is not accepting of pets due to host allergies. The single cot will only be set up if required & requested by guests. Otherwise the flip down sofa can act as an additional bed suitable for persons 5'6" or under. Washer & dryer are for guests personal laundry only!
