A newly renovated shared townhouse in quiet Forest Hills, easy access to the subway, express busses and LIRR; steps to Austin street restaurants. You will have your own bedroom with closet located on the second floor. The space The main floor has a large living room and a dining room as well as modern kitchen with all appliances. Your bedroom is on the second floor along with a shared full bathroom. Guest access You can use the shared kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath downstairs. Upstairs you can access your private bedroom and the shared full bath. I am using the office and master bedroom on the second floor. Other things to note Please don't wear shoes inside the house.
