Access to the room through a shared space reserved for tenants of 2 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor). Kitchenette and laundry room to be shared between tenants. The shared space is a living/dining room equipped with a stove in a large Picardy fireplace. Possibility to eat or rest in front of the TV. The sofa is convertible into a bed to accommodate 2 additional people if needed. It is located in the shared space.
