Having recently been decorated and refurbished to a high standard, this first floor apartment is a perfect choice for couples. (Maximum of 4 people (sofa bed in living area). The space Ground Floor: Spacious entrance hall with storage area for two bicycles, if required. First Floor: Open plan lounge area with TV and two sofas (one being a sofa bed). Dining area with seating for up to four people. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bedroom with King-size bed and ensuite with low level walk-in shower. All electric, heating, tea-towels, towels and bed linen provided. Tea, coffee, sugar and welcome pack included. Free WIFI access. Non smoking and no pets. Guest access Free parking space available for one vehicle. Guests are able to access the apartment with keys obtained from the key safe. The code and directions will be emailed to guests 48 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note Unfortunately, the accommodation would be unsuitable for wheelchair users.
