Apartment at Herzplatz 2

Here in the pleasure region of Upper Franconia, in the beautiful district of Bamberg, is our modern and large apartment at Herzplatz 2. It is located on the ground floor of a three-family house and is about 130 m2. The flat can accommodate 4-6 people. The space Highlight of the apartment is the welcoming living area with fireplace and balcony which has a wonderful view of the playground and access to the garden and is equipped with a sofa bed for two people. Directly adjacent is the dining area and the well appointed kitchen. From the coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-field ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster to hand mixer, everything is available. There are two bedrooms with TV, mirror wardrobe and wardrobe..In the smaller room there are two single beds and in the larger one double bed and also a sofa and desk/workspace. There are roller blinds in all sleeping areas. Linen, towels, as well as final cleaning are included. In the daylight bathroom there is a spacious shower and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine with drying rack, board games/toys. On request, we also provide a travel cot, baby monitor and high chair free of charge. There is also a garage and parking space. Daily needs are covered 3-6 km away by a number of supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, butchers, banks, pharmacy and gas stations. We have a variety of restaurants/beer gardens in the vicinity. A city bus connection is available. Timetables, as well as other information and maps of the area, are available in the apartment. The world heritage city of Bamberg is about 7 km away, but also directly from the apartment, you can explore the area with Schloss Seehof and some, worth seeing hiking trails. No smoking, pets, or parties/events are allowed in the apartment.
