The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, children dinnerware, and all the cooking essentials you’ll need to cook a great home cooked meal. There’s a microwave, toaster, and a blender to blend together your favorite smoothie. A coffee machine with a keurig attached. Kcup and tea packets are there for you to use to make yourself a hot drink. The basement has a sectional couch with a 45” smart tv. There’s a full bathroom in the basement, which is where you’ll find the washer and dryer free to use whenever you’d like. Two car garage is heated and comes off of the kitchen area. Has a 6 seat dining room table and a pool table to enjoy a fun game of pool. There are a few childrens books and a games for you to enjoy with your family. There is one security camera on the property, only used for security reasons. It is facing the front driveway. Indoor Fireplace is only for use from October thru April. Other things to note Pets are allowed but not in the bedrooms please, the pet fee is set for one animal. Any additional pets is $50. Max of 2 pets.
