The space The Infinity Blü ♾️ suite is securely located in a gated condominium complex called "Calabash Condos Marisule Ridge". The unit is alotted one parking spot should it be required. The property is secured behind an automatic 12 foot high steel gate, perimeter walls and fences, enhanced by outdoor security cameras and an in-unit security alarm system. What sets our unit apart is our communal 5 foot deep, 14' × 14' plunge pool. Most other short term rentals in our price range do not have a pool. The pool area contains sun loungers and deck chairs as well as a shaded gazebo. The unit is located on the upper level accessed by two short flights of stairs (as pictured in the exterior photos). It is 440 sq ft plus a balcony. The unit's ameneties have been meticulously curated with our guests comfort at the epicenter. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed that is elevated to facilitate getting in and out of bed comfortably. There's ample closet space and a make up vanity area for the ladies. There's a 50 inch smart television for your bedtime entertainment. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit as well as a ceiling fan. The bathroom boasts a large vanity mirror, a modern glass framed shower and a medicine cabinet for additional storage. The unit hosts a modern brightly lit kitchen with a quartz countertop and white upper and lower cabinets. This fully equipped kitchen has a double door fridge, 6 burner gas oven range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and toaster. There are ample utensils to enhance your meal prep experience. For your comfort, the living room has a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit. There is free wifi throughout the unit. The living room (and the entire unit), when windows and doors are open is naturally very cool from the sea breeze that keeps the area fresh. it hosts a comfortable full sofa and arm chair. There's a 50 inch smart television and a firestick for your entertainment purposes. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the a quiet beach ⛱️, a 4 minute walk to the nearest supermarket with public transit a 1 minute walk away. Rodney Bay is only short 10 minute drive (depending on traffic). There you will find lots of restaurants, 2 shopping centers (malls), medical clinics, night clubs, super markets, a casino, and the famous Reduit beach. Reduit beach is a 3 kilometer popular white sand beach nestled in the heart of Rodney Bay. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent. You can rent a jet ski, ride the banana boat or go tubing amongst several other water sports available on the beach. You may also grab a drink or a bite at the Spinnakers beach restaurant & bar.
