You have access to all rooms, and you will not share the space with other groups or the host. Other things to note By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms: The accommodation is located in a residential area. Please avoid making loud noises after 8:00 PM. This accommodation is suited for those who wish to have a quiet stay. There are cats in the neighborhood that may come to relax in the garden. As the property is a traditional house with a garden, there is a possibility of small insects appearing. Regular pest control and cleaning are carried out. If there is any discrepancy in the number of reserved guests, additional charges will be billed at double the usual rate. Each reservation includes one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. The maximum number of guests allowed is 9. The bedding consists of 4 single beds, 2 sofa beds, and 3 futons. Please make accurate reservations regarding the number of guests. If there is a discrepancy, double the usual rate will be charged. Unauthorized entry of guests not listed on the guest list is also prohibited. In such cases, additional guests will be charged at double the usual rate. Please consult us in advance if you expect visitors. Storing suitcases is prohibited. If we need to dispose of any suitcases, a disposal fee of 4,000 yen per suitcase will be charged. We do not offer refunds for issues related to odors as it is difficult to provide proof. We strive to maintain rooms free of odors. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited. Please use the provided stand ashtray and smoke outside. A cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged if smoking inside the building is detected. There is a security camera outside the entrance. Check-in information will be sent after verifying the submission of guest information. We cannot accommodate refunds for issues such as not receiving check-in information or being unable to check in due to failure to submit guest information. In accordance with Japanese law, the guest list must be submitted by 7:00 PM three days before check-in. The following actions are prohibited: Loud conversations, playing loud music, or any other activities that may disturb the neighbors.
