Welcome to our family summer home located in Evergreen Village within Sherkston Shores 5-Star Resort. Perfect for couples, family getaways with kids or solo adventurers. Our family owned trailer is well maintained and sure to impress. The space When evening arrives, enjoy our propane bbq and outdoor dining area, after dinner head to our backyard fire pit for a camp fire or to roast marshmallows. In the event of rain, relax under our roof covered deck with a coffee, tea or wine while you surf the private high speed internet or indulge in your favourite tv show. This cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom space. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunk-bed with 2 double beds and a pull-out couch that will sleep 2. Rental includes the following features and use of: - A full Kitchen with Gas Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Small Appliances, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Pots/Pans and Dishes. - Basic necessities in fridge - Air Conditioning/Heat/ Fan - BBQ / Propane Tank included - Firepit (firewood available for purchase at resort store) and we have chairs to sit by the fire, with a bin of blankets - Wifi throughout the resort & private Wifi within cottage & outside deck area - Flat Screen TV inside + Smart TV outdoor - Free parking for 2 vehicles with additional overflow community parking available - All you need to bring is your bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, food and any toys/games that you and your family enjoy. *Golf Cart available for rent separately The resort offers daily & nightly entertainment, Saturday evening fireworks and the following amenities: - 2 separate beaches - Quarry - Skate Park - Tennis / Hockey courts - Beach Volleyball - Basketball - Arcade - On site restaurant - Coin laundry - Grocery store + LCBO - Trails for walking/biking - Parks with slides and swings - Mini-Putt Water Park passes can be purchased from the resort’s welcome center separately and include: - 2 heated swimming pools - A splash pad - 3 water slides Pets are welcome. No smoking indoors, No parties or events. *Minimum age to rent the cottage is 25 years old. Valid government ID during check-in is required and must be present during the entire stay. Guest access Arriving guests will need to check-in at the front entrance of the resort, where you will be greeted by guest services. Upon successful payment, you will be given a "family password" & full address which will need to be provided to guest services when you arrive. Once the check-in process is completed, wristbands will be provided. These wrist bands provide access to the resort and beaches. Access to the Funplex is sold separately by Sherkston Shores.
