The location is perfect to wander around and enjoy Madrid. Hype art center Matadero is justa a 5 min walk, 10 to Reina Sofía museum, 20 to Atocha station and 30 min to Prado and Sol for example. With several bus stops, everything is less than a 15 min drive! The space The apartment has great comunal rooftop with lounge and dining area for 4 people. The view is a privileged skyline of Madrid with a magical sunset. Set as a single loft space with a very comfortable queen size bed. It has a separate living area with a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped open to the living area. The bathroom is unusually spacious with a separate bathtub area. The apartment is designed for maximum confort during the stay. It has free high speed wi-fi, smart TV, air conditioning, heating, iron, hair dryer as well as top quality cotton bed linen and towels. Toiletries are also included. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, vitroceramic, fridge, microwave, italian coffee maker and toaster. Basic cooking utensils and tableware for four are provided. This modern apartment is located in a quiet bulding located just 5 minutes away from Madrid Rio Park and very close to all the museums, shops, tapas bars and restaurants the city is famous for. Just far enough from the crowded spaces to provide a peaceful rest when getting back home. Guest access The apartment is a self contained separate unit. It has an autonomous entry system with a code that is provided 24 hours before check-in. The closest tube station is delicias, just a few min walk, Atocha train station is just a 10 min bus drive or 20 by walk. There is tube connexion to Madrid Barajas airport and the taxi drive takes 25 minutes. The building has a storage room to drop luggage for free in case of arrival prior to check-in time or departure after check-out. There is a low cost secured parking facility very close by, at Batalla de Salado. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for two guests however, it accomodates up to four for short stays. Should you require the sofa bed to be open as well as extra bed linen and towels please make sure to request it when making the reservation. We can also provide travel cot and high chair subject to availability. Some of the amenities like board gamens, magazines, books and sports equipment are available for free but make sure you mention it since we do not keep them in the unit for space reasons.
