Sillé beach nearby (mini golf, swimming, tree climbing, sailing...) 40 minutes from Le Mans, Laval and Alençon. 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit 45 minutes away. Pellet stove. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a dresser, open to the bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoor terrace with garden furniture / deckchairs / pergola. Other things to note No Wi-Fi but good 5G network.
