Magical Studio w/Private Garden in Brixton

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place on Brixton Hill. A converted studio is situated in the bustling neighbourhood of Brixton, with everything you need for a great value stay. Located in vibrant multi-cultural Brixton which has great amenities close-by and arguably the best world food eateries and nightlife in London. You are literally 5 minutes by bus(coming every 2-3 minutes) from Brixton tube station with Direct access to Central London in a matter of minutes. The space This cute studio is within a converted Victorian house. This studio has a private garden and is on the ground floor. The bedroom has a standard UK size small double bed (135cm x 190cm). There is a living area with a sofa bed which converts into a UK size small double bed (120cm x 190cm) - just about fits 1 large adult or 2 children or 2 smaller sized adults. There is a dining table. Private bathroom with Shower. There is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge, dining set, cutlery, etc. The flat is located on a side road, therefore it is quiet and perfect to relax after a busy day out. Guest access Guests have exclusive use for the entire studio and garden (not shared). We operate on a self check in service and these details will be delivered to you on the morning of your arrival. Other things to note There is no lift in the building and the studio is located on the ground floor. Self check-in instructions will be available on the Airbnb app 48 hours before your arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent directly to you before noon on the day of check-in to ensure a smooth process. Please note that we do not have a luggage storage facility, so plan accordingly. Upon check-in, you’ll find two rolls of toilet paper provided; after that, you’ll need to supply your own. We also do not provide travel adaptors, so please ensure you bring one with you. For the best experience, we kindly ask that you do not unplug the WiFi or move any furniture during your stay. The WiFi is a home broadband connection and is shared with other guests, so the signal may occasionally drop in and out. While I do my best to ensure a stable connection, I can't guarantee perfect signal 100% of the time. If you require a travel cot or highchair - please send a message 24 hours before your arrival and I can arrange this for you. We do not provide Travel adaptors- please organise this before arrival.
