The ground floor features a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a stunning sunroom leading to a private gated garden, ideal for children to play safely or adults to unwind. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms (three doubles, one with an en-suite and one with two single beds, whuch overlooks a big veranda with comfortable seating. A 5-minute walk to Pervolia beaches, with nearby attractions including Mazotos Camel Park, water sports, Mackenzie and Finikoudes beaches, many local tavernas and restaurants to choose from. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the spacious living areas, bedrooms, private gated garden, and parking. You also have use of the quiet communal pool shared with the small complex, ensuring a relaxing and peaceful experience. Important Notice. There is a €10 extra fee, per day, for electricity Payable in cash on arrival. A deposit of €300.00 is paid cash on arrival and will be paid back to you on departure. Other things to note This Villa is hosted by Andri Morfiti and her professional team of colleagues, including a great maintenance and housekeeping team. We are an experienced group that have a vast knowledge of the island and the amazing sights. We can assist you with airport transfers, excursions, car rentals and much more. Our housekeeping team are available 24/7, therefore, if you wish to have a mid-holiday clean, please request it. This is an extra fee of which, you will pay the housekeepers.
