Sítio Recanto Voador (SRV) is a rural property of approximately 10 hectares, located in the Fazenda Padre Eterno community, in Morro Reuter/RS. It is a perfect place to rest and enjoy incredible experiences in harmony with nature. The ranch's infrastructure offers comfort and recreation for the whole family, allowing you to connect with yourself and enjoy the inspiring scenery of the ecosystem. Follow information and records at @sitiorecantovoador The space With a century-old house preserved in a half-timbered style, the space has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom connected by a rustic balcony. Outside, there is a kiosk with a barbecue and a children's playground. In addition, you can explore rural history, animals and nature by participating in leisure and entertainment activities. It is an ideal place for families and children, as long as they are supervised. The property has three ponds, one with ornamental fish and a paddle boat, another with a variety of fish for sport fishing, and a third with fish in development. You will also find a couple of charming ponies, Pipo and Bela, who can be released from the paddock to stroll around the courtyard. However, it is important to be cautious and not to scare the animals. In addition, the site has a shed with tools and utensils, a stable for the ponies, a chicken coop, an orchard with several fruit trees and a vegetable garden. You can enjoy a unique setting around the property, with a paddock fenced in close to a stream that passes through the interior of the ranch, where you can enjoy the araucaria trees and harvest pine nuts during the season. During your stay, you will have access to excellent quality natural water passing through a decanting box, reasonable quality internet in the residence, limited telephone signal, electric shower and 220-volt electricity. The access road to the site is dirt – a few kilometers of beaten ground, depending on the route chosen, but it is in good condition. It is important to bring personal hygiene items and any medications. In addition, we recommend planning your meals and other supplies, as there are no markets in the area. However, there is a colonial café and a nearby grocery store that can be complementary sources of items to purchase. During your stay, you will have complete privacy, but there may be occasional access by the owner or employee to perform external tasks. Specific containers with feed for fish, birds, sheep and ponies will be available for recreational and interaction activities; under recommendations to avoid waste or excess in dosages. Other things to note The rental covers all infrastructure, and personal items that should not be used in the bedroom closet must be kept, as well as total caution with access to or use of any equipment in the tool room available in the shed, being the guest's full responsibility. Because there are animals and some routines on the property, the owner or employee may occasionally access the property to perform external tasks, which will not interfere with privacy or any routine in the guests' schedule. If guests are interested, there will be specific containers with feed for fish and ponies, for example, available for recreational activity and interaction. Regarding items for use and consumption: Basic items will be kept available, which in the event of need can be consumed, preferably seeking replacement. It is recommended to plan meals and other demands involving consumer products so that they are purchased in advance, considering that there are no markets in the locality; the nearest one being approximately 8 kilometers away.
