Please be aware that occasionally (1 night a week or less) I look after my parents’ elderly golden retriever Rupert who is 14 so sometimes there may be an elderly and friendly dog here. The heating in this room is controlled by a remote. Please keep the temperature at 22 °C or below. Turning the temperature higher will not heat the room faster and only wastes energy. If you feel cold at any point, please message me and I’ll happily adjust the heating remotely or provide additional blankets. Guest access This Georgian home (c.1776) is full of character, with exposed brick, polished cedar floors and original steep stairs. Its age and layout mean it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Shared Spaces Guests have access to a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom — ideal for independent travellers who enjoy a friendly, relaxed home environment. Excellent Location 30-second walk to tram & bus 1 minute to Tesco Superstore Easy, walkable access to city centre and Kelham Island Pet Friendly Well-behaved pets are welcome. Check-In Weekdays: Check-in from 6pm due to work commitments.
