Welcome to the Little Fish ~ directly oceanfront with your own private balcony! Perfectly located on 34th St, steps to the beach, pool, restaurants & shops! Enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the view and sound of waves crashing on the beach. Watch fishing boats head out to catch white marlins & surfers ride the waves! Come and relax @littlefishinn 🐟 The space ⭐️ NEW! The bathroom was renovated in Feb/March 2025. ⭐️ NEW! A new oceanfront patio sliding door was installed in April 2026. Updated photos coming soon ~ the black door in current photos is the old one. 🏡 Address: 6 34th Street, Unit 252 Ocean City, MD 21842 📍 Location: The beach is just steps away! The boardwalk ends at 27th Street, about half a mile from the condo. Makes for a perfect for a walk or bike ride. You’ll find bike rental recommendations in the guidebook. 🚙 Parking: One reserved parking space (#252) is located underneath the building on the ground level. Free street parking is also available on 34th Street. There is an oversized paid lot behind the building ~ the first 2 hours are complimentary. Simply scan the QR code and select Pool Bar or Marlin Moon to validate. It’s a great option while unloading before moving your car to the reserved space. 🌊 Layout: The condo is located on the top floor (second level) and sits centrally within the building, offering added privacy with no neighbors above you. Access is available via the staircases at either end of the building. 🔑 Keypad Entry: You’ll receive your unique door code on the day of check-in around 12PM. If cleaning finishes early, I will happily let you know so you can check-in early. To unlock, simply enter the code. To lock, press the Kwikset lock button ~ you will hear it lock. Amenities ✨: 📺 xfinity cable & smart TV for streaming. 🛏️ Bed linens are provided (2 queen beds). 🛁 Bath towels (4) are provided. If you need extra linens or towels, please bring with you. 🧻 Paper towels & toilet paper are provided. 👱🏼‍♀️ Hair dryer & straightener in vanity. 👗 Clothing steamer under kitchen sink. 🧴 Q-tips, makeup wipes, disposable razors & other misc. items in vanity. 👚 Plenty of hanging space for clothes. 💧 Pool / Pool Bar Access: You're welcome to use the pool next door at the DoubleTree. Access is open ~ no key or wristband needed, simply walk over from the street or beach side. The pool bar is a guest favorite for lunch, a snack or a frozen drink. 👙Please bring your own beach towels. 🏖️ Beach chairs (3) & an umbrella (1) are stored on the balcony. An outdoor shower is located at the north end of the building. Kindly rinse or brush sand off before returning to the condo. ☕️Kitchen: Plates, bowls, mugs, utensils, dish soap, and other kitchen essentials are provided. There is a BRITA water pitcher in the fridge and ice trays in the freezer. Pots and pans are located in the drawer beneath the stove. ❄️There are two remotes for the AC units (controls both units). Please avoid running the AC with the doors/windows OPEN or below 68 to prevent condensation in the units (causes water to drip from). A guide for the remote is included in the “add’l photos”. 💻 For remote work, there’s a monitor available (kept in the pantry next to the fridge) ~ HDMI cable included for easy connection to your laptop. 👋🏼 Neighbors: The building has a friendly beach community, so don’t be surprised if neighbors wave or say hello along the way! 🛠️ Accidents Happen: If anything gets damaged or isn’t working properly, just let me know as soon as possible so I can help take care of it quickly. 🔞 Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay. A few cabinets and the locked owner’s closet are reserved for storage of cleaning supplies, extra linens/towels, and personal owner items. Other things to note ☀️ Oceanfront Living: Being right on the water means you may occasionally hear wind, seagulls, or the sounds of the ocean ~ part of the beach charm. 🧂 Salt Air & Humidity: Ocean air can sometimes cause doors to feel a little tight or surfaces to feel damp, especially during summer months. 🚭 Smoking: Little Fish is a smoke-free space. Please no smoking inside the condo. 🎶 Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down later in the evening so everyone can enjoy a relaxing beach stay.
