Welcome to Vendelsö Gård and this lovely villa with garden! With a lake and beach a couple of hundred meters away, 20 minutes drive to Stockholm city, Tyresta National Park within walking distance and the beautiful archipelago closer than you think, this is the perfect place for the whole family during your Stockholm stay. Are you looking for a relaxing stay with proximity to the city pulse? Welcome! The space On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob and oven as well as a dining table. There is also a dining room, living room with TV and Chromecast and exit to the terrace and garden. On the same floor, there is also a toilet and laundry room. Upstairs, the house offers six beds divided into three rooms with room for two more mattresses on the floor. One of the rooms contains an office space with a height-adjustable desk. Upstairs there is also a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. The south-facing garden includes both a dining area and lounge group, tree house, trampoline and barbecue. Playground 100 meters away and grocery store within walking distance. If you are planning a trip to town and the car is left at home, the bus will take you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. Other things to note We ask that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, otherwise a fee of SEK 1,000 may be added for cleaning.
